Welcome to Conway School District's Academics Website. It's still a work in progress and some sections are incomplete, but feel free to browse and become acquainted with the layout, information, and resources. I hope you'll find it easy to navigate and locate the information you're seeking. An overview of the menu items is listed below to help you get started. Don't hesitate to inform me when you've discovered errors or broken links!

Curriculum

Clicking on the "Curriculum" button will take you to a page with general curriculum information, resources, and links. It will include any content area and its resources that does not yet have an individual curriculum page.

Each content button links to the page for that area with information for elementary through secondary including statements of purpose, news items, professional development offerings, meetings, random resource links, and more. All curriculum resources are found in the curriculum share folder. Additional documents, lessons, and technology files (such as SMART Notebook, PowerPoint, mp3, photos, etc.), as well as more website links will be added throughout the summer.

A section on the Common Core State Standards will offer you information on its implementation, news updates, and links to additional resources as they become available.

Assessment

The Assessment page supplies an overview of the various types of assessments, timelines and dates, testing schedules, administration procedures and protocols, resources for test preparation, and links. As more information becomes available for the Common Core State Standards and PARCC Assessments, we will include the information and links to samples and resources.

Professional Development

This section is the access point for the handbook, rules, information, forms, session documents, presentations, offerings, calendar dates, and links. Eventually, we would like this section to include how-to guides and videos on technology use and its integration with a library of frequently asked questions.
