How do I get to the curriculum share folder to find pacing guides?

  • The Curriculum Share Folder is on a district network server. You can access it by typing \\cps-delta\curriculum into your Windows browser if you are on the school network. You cannot access it if you are not on the domain. It is a private server and cannot be accessed through the World Wide Web.

Why can't I add files to the curriculum share folder?

  • To prevent errors of deleting district files or adding files that have not been approved for district-wide use, only one person will have network authority to add or delete files in the share folder. If you would like to add files to the share folder, contact your building instructional facilitator first to begin the screening process.

Why doesn't a new student show up on my TLI roster for taking a module test?

  • This is an APSCN issue. TLI pulls from APSCN each night. So new students will appear after APSCN and TLI updates are completed.

Why didn't my new student receive a scan sheet for taking a module test?

  • It's possible the scan sheets were printed before the updates to APSCN and TLI were completed. Have the new student take the test on a BLANK scan sheet. There should be a couple of extra tests and blank scan sheets with your set.

Who can update my student class list to remove or add students?

  • Your building counselor makes updates for new students, dropped students, or class changes in APSCN for your building. [No one can add or remove students to your TLI roster. APSCN must be updated then TLI will pull all info from APSCN. Once all updates are completed on APSCN and TLI, the TLI roster will reflect all changes.]

Why doesn't a student that transferred from another building in the district show up on my TLI roster?

  • APSCN must be updated first before TLI will pull the changes. After all updates are made, the student will begin showing on your roster. If a test is planned immediately, the student score will show on the previous school roster until the updates are completed. All data for the student will be seen once the updates in APSCN and TLI are complete.

What do I do if my TLI password is not working?

When will UBDs and other pacing documents be accessible in the share folder?

  • All UBDs and documents go through a proofing and approval process. After the documents are checked and approved by the Director of Instructional Services and principals, the documents will be placed in the share folder. Some may appear in the "Final" form; others may remain in the "Draft" form while additional materials are under development.

Why can't I type changes into the UBD document in the share folder?

  • UBDs will be in PDF format when placed in the share folder. Any changes to the UBD or pacing documents must go through a screening process by going through committee, checking for alignment with standards, and being approved for inclusion. Edits to the UBD will only be made by instructional or district facilitators. A previous version will be removed from the stare folder and replaced by the newest version by Sue Fabert.
